JR-The IE Specialist focuses on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through data-driven manufacturing analysis. Responsibilities include performing OEE and loss analysis across availability, performance, and quality; leading SMED standardization initiatives; developing machine entitlement and capacity models; identifying bottlenecks and optimizing process flow; and establishing, validating, and maintaining standard cycle times to support sustained performance improvement.
** What You'll Do
*** You will perform OEE and loss analysis across availability, performance, and quality to identify improvement opportunities.
* You will lead SMED standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce changeover time.
* You will develop machine entitlement and capacity models to support production planning and optimization.
* You will conduct bottleneck and process flow analysis to improve throughput and efficiency.
* You will develop, validate, and maintain standard cycle times to ensure consistent operational performance.
** What We're Looking For
*** You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to Production and Industrial Engineering.
* You work effectively with cross-functional teams and preferably have experience in a unionized environment.
* You have hands-on experience with time studies, work measurement, productivity and manpower analysis, and OEE performance monitoring.
* You are skilled in data analysis, process improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
* You are proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
* You understand OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis, and basic Lean / Six Sigma concepts.
* You bring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, can translate data into actionable improvements, and work independently while collaborating effectively.
* You are adaptable, results-driven, business-minded, and customer-focused.
** What Will Set You Apart
*** You have experience with OEE systems, MES, or digital data collection platforms.
* You have supported OEE governance, standards, or performance definitions.
* You have exposure to automation or digital transformation projects.
* You preferably hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
* You have business-level English communication skills.
* You have manufacturing experience in the tire or rubber industry (an advantage).
* You have project management experience.
* You possess basic finance knowledge.#LI-KB3
