** What You’ll Do
*** Design and develop mechatronic systems by thoughtfully integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
* Partner with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver cohesive, well-aligned solutions.
* Run simulations, testing, and system validation to ensure performance and reliability.
* Diagnose, improve, and optimize existing systems with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Create clear technical documentation and support manufacturing and maintenance teams.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics development for industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and control systems (PLC, embedded systems).
* Proven experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., KUKA, Fanuc) and languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
* A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine curiosity for learning and innovation.
