** Why This Role Matters
** As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you'll play a key role in organizing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our Izmit factory.
** What You'll Do
*** Coordinate and support maintenance activities to ensure smooth, reliable operations
* Plan, organize, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
* Lead, mentor, and collaborate with maintenance technicians to drive team performance
* Manage breakdown response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
* Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions
* Oversee engineering budgets and spare parts management with accountability
* Contribute to production optimization and energy-efficiency improvement projects
** What You'll Bring
*** A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* At least 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a production or manufacturing environment
* Practical experience with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
* Strong written and spoken English and Turkish communication skills
* Creativity combined with analytical thinking and effective troubleshooting skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office tools to communicate and stay organized
