** Why This Role Matters
** As a Quality Engineer (Extrusion Process), you will play a key role in championing continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery by leading plant initiatives that elevate operational performance and the customer quality experience.
** What You'll Do
*** Ensure deep understanding and consistent application of all product and process specifications, meeting or exceeding both corporate and local standards.
* Partner across teams to identify, analyze, and prevent defects by assessing machine, tooling, and process impacts on product quality.
* Monitor quality and process performance through accurate data, audits, and statistical reporting, translating insights into practical, preventative solutions.
* Collaborate closely with Small Business Team Leaders and cross-functional partners to track trends, address nonconformities, and sustain strong quality outcomes.
* Support and develop team success by removing barriers, mentoring production technicians, and fostering shared accountability for results.
* Build customer confidence by ensuring compliance, responsiveness, and engagement across all production areas, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
** What You'll Bring
*** Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
* Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
* Comfortable using MS Office tools, with added familiarity with MS Access as a valued strength.
* Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to everyday work.
* Collaborates effectively within team environments
* Demonstrates adaptability and organization while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; experience in quality or process control is a plus.
