Senior Piping Design Lead — 3D CAD Expert B&W MEGTEC

A leading engineering firm located in Akron, Ohio is seeking a Piping / Lead Tech Designer to direct Technical Design work on various projects. You will oversee a team of designers, ensuring project schedules and quality standards are met. Candidates should have a 2-year degree in drafting / design and 10+ years of experience, including 4 years in a lead role.
Proficiency in Solid Works and AutoCAD is preferred. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to solve complex design problems.
