** As an Electric & Electronic Maintenance Engineer you will play a key role in organizing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations while supporting overall team performance. ** What You'll Do
*** Lead and facilitate planned and preventive maintenance programs, including Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
* Guide, mentor, and support maintenance technician team to strengthen skills, encourage collaboration, and build a positive work environment.
* Coordinate breakdown response and work closely with cross-functional team to drive sustainable improvement initiative.
* Facilitate troubleshooting and structured problem-solving discussion to minimize downtime and ensure effective, long-term solution.
* Conduct root cause analysis for breakdown and recurring defect, collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive action.
* Oversee engineering budget and spare part management, while contributing to production and energy efficiency improvement projects.
** What You'll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a production plant environment.
* Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies, applying a proactive and reliability-focused approach.
* Strong written and spoken Turkish and English skills
* Conceptual and analytical thinking ability combined with curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
* Creative problem-solving and structured troubleshooting capability, with attention to detail and long-term solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
