Facade

We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Akron OH. As a Facade Specialist you will be responsible for designing and implementing facade solutions for various buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the facade design meets safety standards and aesthetic requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials and construction methods as well as experience with CAD software. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month and accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade design solutions for new construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess building conditions and gather necessary information for facade design.
• Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and plans for facade installation.
• Research and select appropriate building materials for each project based on cost, durability, and aesthetic considerations.
• Work closely with contractors during the installation process to ensure that the facade design is properly implemented.
• Monitor project progress to ensure that timelines are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Perform quality control checks on completed projects to ensure that they meet safety standards and client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facade design or related field.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
