Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize Mastercam programs for CNC mill and lathe applications
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to support manufacturing processes
- Create and maintain detailed work instructions and shop floor documentation
- Develop manufacturing processes and quality assurance plans for production programs
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and tooling enhancements
- Support production troubleshooting and collaborate with machinists to improve manufacturability
- Participate in new product introduction, advanced quality planning, and quoting activities
- Work with CNC controls including Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Fagor systems
- Support quality management system requirements and ensure compliance with established standards
- Monitor quality, schedule, and cost performance metrics to support operational objectives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and leadership
- Utilize Microsoft Office and related systems to support engineering activities
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of Manufacturing engineering and Mastercam programming experience
- Experience working within an accredited manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and CNC programming
- Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings
- Experience with quality systems and corrective action processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience with CATIA is a plus

Salary: $90K-$100K+ (depending on experience)
