- Pay Rate: $45.00 $ 48.00 / Hour (USD)

This Project Scheduler role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules in support of complex infrastructure programs spanning transmission & distribution line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects. The position requires the ability to communicate and understand technical progress of project schedules with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, as well as the ability to integrate and analyze schedule data from multiple sources.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain level 1 to level 2 schedules in Oracle Primavera P6
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities, and activity codes
- Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules
- Utilize constraints, lags, and leads effectively
- Generate reports, layouts, and filters in Oracle Primavera P6
- Identify schedule drivers, delays, and opportunities
- Responsible for performing quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables
- Ability to communicate and understand technical progress of project schedules with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding transmission & distribution line, substation, and/or telecommunication projects
- Ability to integrate and analyze schedule data and information from other sources in Excel via formulas, pivot tables, macros, Power Query, Power BI, etc.
- Identify logic errors, sequencing issues, or incorrect durations
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation issues
- Ability to handle multiple schedules across different projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel; valid driver's license required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration from an accredited program
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Ability to travel; valid driver's license required
