Seeking a Quality & Engineering Manager to lead both the engineering and quality functions, ensuring products meet the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, excels at cross‑functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing engineering and quality teams.
- Build and execute quality and engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Drive process improvements through root‑cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Provide technical oversight, review designs, implement tech data and manufacturing info into ERP system, and product validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Collaborate closely with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaint investigations and supplier performance monitoring.
- Track and report key quality and engineering metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, lead audits, and support training initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges and guide technical teams.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering and quality professionals.
- Solid project management capabilities, including scheduling, and resource planning.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering and quality initiatives with business objectives.
