Seeking a Quality & Engineering Manager to lead both the engineering and quality functions, ensuring products meet the highest standards of technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, excels at cross‑functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing engineering and quality teams.
  • Build and execute quality and engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Drive process improvements through root‑cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Provide technical oversight, review designs, implement tech data and manufacturing info into ERP system, and product validation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Collaborate closely with product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaint investigations and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Track and report key quality and engineering metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, lead audits, and support training initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges and guide technical teams.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering and quality professionals.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering and quality initiatives with business objectives.
