Plastic Executive Recruiters represents a leading Akron-area manufacturer seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for injection molding operations in a regulated environment. You will focus on executing on the floor, troubleshooting scrap, achieving process stability, and driving cycle-time reductions.
You will partner with tooling, quality, and production teams, support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities, and contribute to new product launches and process transfers as needed.
