The Opportunity

This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, client engagement, and team management.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of structural engineers and designers
  • Managing project execution, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Reviewing structural calculations, drawings, and engineering deliverables
  • Supporting business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborating with mechanical, process, electrical, and construction teams
  • Developing departmental standards and best practices
  • Driving technical excellence and staff development
  • Supporting strategic growth initiatives across the structural practice
Ideal Background
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Previous leadership or project management experience
  • Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial project experience preferred
  • Strong communication and client-fac
