Search masters Inc. is seeking an experienced injection molding process engineer in Akron, OH to lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will serve as the technical leader for molding processes, driving innovation, validating and troubleshooting programs using engineered and commodity resins, and supporting DFM reviews to ensure product feasibility. Collaboration with the Engineering Manager will be essential to meet production goals.
