Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports, while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests during their stay. The attendant also properly parks and retrieves guest vehicles, upholding parking policy and procedures.
CompensationHourly base pay $15–$17 per hour.
Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, No Weekends. 7AM–3PM OR 10AM–6PM.

- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, location staff and co‑workers (15%).
- Provide accurate information, assist guests with directions, and maintain professionalism under pressure (15%).
- Provide information about surrounding area and main attractions; protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA (10%).
- Stack vehicles when necessary, secure keys, retrieve vehicles safely, and use Towne Park parking standards (20%).
- Collect and reconcile revenue accurately; furnish receipts; categorize tickets; complete shift reports; operate equipment such as register, gate, POS, credit card machine (20%).
- Obtain daily event information and rates, secure guest keys, maintain claim checks and guest folio archives, produce vehicle inventory for billing (20%).
- Education:
high school diploma or GED. - Must be at least 18 years of age, pass background check and drug screen, hold valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and be able to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
- Work Experience:
one to three months related experience or training. - Knowledge: customer service standards; register/computer experience; HIPAA confidentiality; understanding of 24‑hour/military time, rates, and basic math.
- Skills:
customer service, computer use, effective presentation, parallel parking.
The job is routine; decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Regular supervision and frequent verification.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork often outdoors, extended periods of standing or walking; lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. Exposure to extreme heat and cold, possible travel up to 5%.
