Serves as the first contact point for visitors and patients of Summa Health System by providing an alternate parking service to customers parking their own vehicles. Greets customers and parks their vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Proven ability to read and write English, follow written and oral instructions, and perform basic mathematical functions.

• Provide courteous parking and assistance to customers and patients.
• Operate a stick‑shift transmission (preferred).
• Assist with wheelchair transfers, push wheelchair into building, lift light to medium weight packages into lobby area.
• Maintain clean and orderly parking area.
• Follow safety and security protocols.

• Minimum age 21 at time of hire.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and meet Summa Fleet Insurance Standards.
• Ability to make change.
• Ability to walk for extended periods, bend to get in/out of vehicles, lift light to medium weight.
• Effective communication with customers and staff.
• Understanding of patient needs for self-respect and dignity.

Medium:
Exerts 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force continuously to move objects.

Pay rate: $15.96/hr – $19.16/hr (base salary exclusive of bonuses or differentials). Salary determined by experience and location.
