Job Purpose:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the car wash by providing friendly customer service, maintaining clean and safe equipment/facilities, ensuring quality wash results, and promoting additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with wash results.
• Operate and maintain car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including trenches and windows.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Track supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Upsell wash packages and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

• No formal education required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.

• No prior experience required; entry-level position open to candidates with a strong customer service mindset.

• Previous customer service or car wash/detailing experience preferred, including comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Must stand for long periods, bend, lift, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

• Upselling/sales skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
• Inventory-tracking experience.
• Team-oriented attitude with ability to collaborate with attendants to ensure smooth, timely car wash operations.
