JR-As a Financial Planning Manager, you will be pivotal in analyzing financial performance and developing accurate financial estimates that drive sound business decisions. In this role, you will deliver insights that enhance overall business results and support strategic planning. You will also lead revenue and pricing management initiatives, including creating strategies to maximize revenue, overseeing commercial policies and incentives, and conducting detailed profitability analyses.

Reporting directly to the Finance Sr. Manager, you will contribute to strategic projects that promote long‑term business growth.

**** Do
* ** Prepare, analyze, and deliver financial information and long‑ and short‑term forecasts, supporting decision-making and monitoring working capital (WC) performance.
* Coordinate forecast cycles, annual budgets, monthly business analysis, regional requirements, and corporate reporting obligations including OCF.
* Conduct in‑depth financial analyses—volume, price, mix, SAG, FX, logistics, sourcing changes, profitability, CAPEX—and consolidate SAG CAPEX for the region.
* Partner with operational owners to gather and analyze inputs such as Trade AP, Trade AR, Inventory, and other OCF‑impacting areas, identifying solutions to maximize cash efficiency and improve cash flow.
* Lead revenue and pricing strategy development, including commercial policies, pricing and incentive frameworks, and special sales offers in alignment with corporate strategy.
* Support the Finance Senior Manager with weekly flash results, MOR consolidation, and actuals/forecast consolidation (COGS, SAG, DC), while driving process improvements across FP&A and pricing systems and workflows.
** What We’re Looking For
*** A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a concentration in business administration, engineering, economics or accounting.
* English advanced.
* Desired:
Post-graduate in Business, Statistics, Economics or similar.
* At least five years of experience in financial, FP&A, Treasury or Accounting.
* Deep knowledge of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow).
* Experience managing Commercial Policies and Pricing Strategies.

* * General knowledge of Information Technology including MS Excel, Hyperion and Essbase skills. Analytical skills.
