Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting
You’ll help develop and deliver factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure. You’ll work alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to plan and execute capital projects, using digital innovation and AI to improve processes.
The Work- You’ll setup new projects in Vantagepoint and process any change orders—conduct project setup call with the PM's and billers.
- You’ll ensure revenue is recognized correctly at all levels and work with the PM's to establish the Target ELM.
- You’ll review vendor invoices, code consultants/subcontractors, and setup contracts/projects/tasks in the accounting software.
- You’ll produce draft invoices for contract Principals/PM’s to review and submit in accordance with the client requirements and complete any forms required.
- You’ll follow up on outstanding receivables and manage outstanding WIP, follow up with project Principals/PM’s.
- You’ll submit contracts requiring certified payroll reporting information and close contracts and work with PM’s & Finance Manager to ensure all revenue is recognized.
- You’ll upload/submit information necessary to comply with audit payments for clients and work with insurance brokers to get COI for new and existing projects.
- You’ll work with the Project Managers to process any adjustments and work with regional managers on the overall operations—contracts, projects, WIP, Receivables, and resources.
- You’ll onboard new employees and provide training for timesheets & expense.
- You’ll assist regional managers with proposals related to employees’ hourly rates and assist VP, Operations Controller with standardizing processes and procedures.
- You’ll assist Finance Manager with FAR audits and support F&A with the monthly close process and complete ad‑hoc requests from regional managers, Finance Manager, Operations or F&A.

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional services invoicing experience with Deltek Vision.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business‑related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & MS Suite.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location, role, skill set, and experience.
