Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced financial sales professional to conduct client meetings and uphold the company’s processes and standards at the highest level.
We understand the challenges many advisors face when they don’t have a book of business or a pre‑built network. Golden Reserve sources the leads for you, allowing you to focus on building retirement plans and helping retirees.
We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm that was built to change the financial industry for the retirees we serve and for the financial professionals we hire.

We Provide- Base salary $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience
- Guaranteed $25,000 salary increase beginning in your second year
- Uncapped production and bonus compensation

- Three (3) or more years of new‑client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
- Active State Life & Health Insurance licenses
- Series 65 or equivalent
