What You'll Do
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice participants and investment providers count on for distribution and loan requests — communicating clearly, accurately, and courteously every time.
- Dig into regulations and plan documents, verify participant data, and apply plan provisions to calculate vested balances and available distribution/loan amounts.
- Put your math skills to work running the calculations that determine whether a request is permissible — and get it right the first time.
- Prepare investment company distribution and loan forms, keep transactions moving on schedule, and accurately bill for participant distributions.
- Become the go-to expert on Trinity's systems (Pension Pro, our Distribution Portal, Excel tracking, and more) and on every qualified plan distribution and loan option out there.
- Jump in on cross-departmental support and special projects — we're a team, and we roll up our sleeves together.
Requirements
- Must-Haves
- Live in (or be ready to relocate to) Northeast Ohio.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Prior experience with qualified retirement plans is a big plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Sharp attention to detail, strong multitasking and prioritizing skills, and a head for numbers.
- Willingness to complete ASPPA's Retirement Plan Fundamentals and NIPA Loan Administrator Courses.
