Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is an hybrid role (4 days onsite).

We are seeking a high-caliber FP&A professional to join an elite team of FP&A consultants. This position serves as a strategic advisor to the business. You'll help drive financial and operational performance for an iconic company.

This is a visible role, working across the enterprise, advising key stakeholders including the C-suite. It could be a great opportunity for someone with a public accounting or audit background. The ideal candidate is humble, hungry, and smart.

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for assigned business units, building strong, collaborative relationships
• Partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities to drive improvement
• Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, FP&A, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Solid understanding of market trends and economic factors that impact performance
• Excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under deadlines
