The City of Akron is hiring an entry-level environmental inspector to support inspection, investigation, and education across pretreatment, stormwater, and FOG programs. You will conduct field inspections, document compliance, and assist in reporting and education of facilities with regulatory requirements.
A bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field is required, plus knowledge of environmental laws. A valid Ohio driver’s license is expected.
