Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Akron, OH, for a Stylist/Esthetician Independent Contractor. The responsibilities include providing a wide range of beauty and wellness services such as hairstyling, hair removal, and skincare consultations. Candidates will also focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and actively promoting salon products and services to support sales growth.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Hair Removal and Skin Care services
- Licensed in Cosmetology or related field
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales to promote salon products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and willingness to stay updated on trends and techniques
