- Hair Stylist to join our team in Akron! As a Barber
- Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients. This job is perfect for freshers who have recently completed their training or have limited experience.

• Greet clients and consult with them to determine their hair needs and preferences
• Cut, trim, and style hair according to client's desired look and current trends
• Perform various hair treatments such as coloring, highlighting, and straightening
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through continued education
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Ensure excellent customer service by building relationships with clients and providing a comfortable salon experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of barber or cosmetology training program
• Valid barber/cosmetology license in the state of Ohio
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of current trends, styles, and techniques in the hair industry
