Barber - Full-Time Position in Akron

Our busy barbershop in Akron USA is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Barber you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You must have a passion for barbering and be able to create modern and classic styles using various cutting techniques.

• Welcome clients and inquire about their desired services
• Provide consultations and recommendations for hairstyles
• Perform precision haircuts including fades, scissor cuts and beard trims
• Shave facial hair using straight razors or electric shavers
• Style hair using products such as gels, pomades or waxes
• Clean and sanitize barber tools before and after each use
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Process payments accurately using our POS system

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber
• Must have knowledge of various cutting techniques and styles
• Must be able to work with all hair types and textures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Must have good time management skills to maintain a busy schedule
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for barber tools is required

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus tips.
