7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Home Health experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion required.

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Qualivis Program - Akron Children’s Hospital.

• Patients will be mostly on traches and vents at home, this experience is required.
• 6 months in either home health or an acute care setting is required.
• 6 months experience required in one or more of the following areas:
  Home Care, Geriatric care, Medical/Surgical, CCU, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, or Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).
• PICU experience.
• Tracheostomy care/management.
• Ventilator care/ management.

• Experience in Pediatrics and/or working with individuals with developmental delays.
• Experience in managing technology dependent and/or medically complex patients.

This is a dedicated Home Health Position - Will not be at the facility.

All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.

7 days maximum time off.

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission.
