• Care Delivery: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed, while promoting residents' independence and comfort.
• Support Services: Provide support with medication reminders, vital sign monitoring, and other essential services as required.
• Assistive Care: Assist residents with transferring, ambulating, and using assistive devices, such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed records, communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members, and respond to emergency situations.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive support.

• Experience: Previous experience in a senior living environment or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
