Summary:
The Intake Specialist receives all referrals coming into agency.
Responsibilities- Experience in home care management is required.
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required;
Master's degree (MSN) is preferred. - Registered Nurse licensure is required. BLS required.
- 3-5 years preferred.
