Home Care Marketer/Business Development
Location: On site
Salary: $65,
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Marketer/Business Development to lead referral growth and expand community presence for our non-medical home care services. This role is responsible for increasing admissions, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening our network within the healthcare and senior services community.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, knowledgeable in home and community-based services, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Referral Growth- Develop, manage, and grow relationships with waiver case managers, Medicaid managed care organizations, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral partners
- Increase referral volume and drive census growth within an assigned territory
- Identify and secure new referral partnerships through strategic prospecting
- Conduct consistent in-person visits, follow-ups, and relationship-building meetings
- Track and report weekly referral activity, pipeline updates, and outcomes
- Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings
- Deliver professional presentations highlighting services and value propositions
- Build strong partnerships with senior living communities and long-term care providers
- Support development and execution of territory marketing plans to meet growth targets
- Collaborate on marketing messaging and promotional initiatives
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and territory analysis
Assist in refining targeting strategies for waiver and private-pay client acquisition
- Ensure all marketing and outreach activities comply with state, federal, and payer regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of referral contacts and follow-up efforts
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care marketing, or business development preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs and managed care organizations required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed growth goals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
