Position Summary

Meadow Falls Bath is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Resident Assistants to support our residents with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role is essential in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for our residents.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and hydration
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship
• Support activities and encourage resident engagement
• Follow care plans and facility policies

• Previous caregiver, STNA/CNA, or assisted living experience preferred (but not required—we will train!)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must pass background check and meet state requirements
