Summary

Provides quality patient care for office/hospital patients following Summa’s established standards and practices and consistent with Summa’s mission values. Assists in the evaluation of patients with cardiac implanted electronic devices.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting certified cardiovascular technician with 3 years’ experience
Certified cardiovascular technician with 3 years’ experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to effectively interact with patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

Demonstrate the technical knowledge to assist in the care of patients with cardiac implantable devices.
