Licensed Youth Mobile Crisis Therapist

Provide mobile crisis counseling services across Summit County, Ohio, for youth and families experiencing a crisis.

• LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW required.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent driving record.
• At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field.

$55,000 - $70,000 based on licensure and experience.

Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; availability to work two nights per week up to 8:00pm.

• Serve as a dedicated crisis counselor for youth and families in crisis.
• Travel throughout the assigned county to provide crisis assessment, intervention, safety planning, and follow‑up care.
• Deliver brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkages to services for up to 6 weeks.
• Collaborate with a team of counselors, social workers, case managers, peer support specialists, and the Director to prevent trauma, promote sustainability, and support youth and family members.
