Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support for patients under the direction of a Provider and/or licensed Nurse. The role is part-time (24 hours/week) and onsite, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include preparing patients, taking vital signs, phlebotomy as needed, data collection for care plans, documentation in EPIC, scheduling and general office duties while maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
