Overview
We are seeking an experienced home health aide who enjoys varied activities that help people lead more independent lives. We look for a kind and compassionate aide with excellent communication and companionship skills to provide basic medical care, light housekeeping, personal care, and hygiene tasks so patients can live safely at home.
Responsibilities- Provide basic medical care and monitor patient conditions as directed by care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Coordinate with the care team to implement and follow care plans
- Maintain patient safety and comfort as a priority
- 1–3 years of experience in home health care
- Experience implementing care plans and delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
