Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and verifying insurance information
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Provide support to other departments, as needed, to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and reception desk
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
