Responsibilities- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and verifying insurance information
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Provide support to other departments, as needed, to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and reception desk
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
