Onsite for the Neuro Developmental Science Center (Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physiatry)
Summary: The Practice Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing a large team of non-exempt and exempt employees, of at least two subspecialty practices, with additional oversight of at least six locations within the region. This role involves strategic direction, operational guidance, and people management in the practice. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring financial performance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
This role requires flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and project management.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Education:
Associate degree in healthcare administration required. In lieu of an associate degree, eight years of experience in healthcare management is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. RN Preferred. - Licensure: RN may be required for management of certain practices for ODH requirements.
- Certification:
Certificate in Healthcare Management required within two years of employment. - Years of relevant experience:
Minimum of 8 years' experience managing multiple healthcare facilities, preferably in an ambulatory practice management setting, required. - Years of supervisory experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and people management, preferably within an ambulatory practice management setting, required.
