- Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, scheduling, and clinic workflow execution.
- Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, including hiring support, coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Support patient access and experience, ensuring timely scheduling, clear communication, and service excellence.
- Monitor operational performance, including volume, access, and workflow efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Support financial operations, including budget adherence, expense management, and coordination with revenue cycle processes.
- Partner with providers and clinical leaders to support care delivery, address operational needs, and maintain effective communication.
- Maintain staffing models and schedules to support patient demand and operational efficiency.

- Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and project management.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, minimum eight years of experience in healthcare leadership is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, administrative, or practice operations required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in ambulatory care, women's health, or a related clinical service line required.
- Experience overseeing radiology services (e.g., mammography, DEXA, or other diagnostic imaging services) preferred.
- Certification in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role
