Activities Assistant

Ohio Living Home Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provide programming that meets residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being and encourage participation in hobbies and crafts;
Assist bed-bound residents with visits, writing/reading letters, and providing materials for hobbies; accompany residents to off-site activities;
Coordinate scheduled parties, movies, games, and activities; develop evening activity schedules;
Develop and oversee written plans of care for each resident and ensure activity progress notes and plans of care are accurately documented;
Maintain charts and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance; protect resident confidentiality
