Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for working with children and families? Red Oak Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists to join our dynamic school-based team. What You'll Do:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Receive ongoing supervision toward independent licensure
- Document services promptly (within 48 hours)

What You'll Bring:
- Master's in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT)
- Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for community mental health and trauma-informed care
Unique Requirements:
- Due to the clinical focus of this position, this employee must maintain a minimum of $1, / $3, professional malpractice liability insurance. A copy of the current rider must be available for entry into their personnel file.
- Valid Ohio driver's license required
- Ability to work in school and community settings
