Nutrition Education Specialist (Dietitian) – Akron
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dietitian to join our team in Akron.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized nutrition education and counseling to diverse clientele.
- Assess clients’ dietary needs.
- Develop customized meal plans.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits.
- Conduct group nutrition education sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition research.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics or related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or community nutrition.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and evidence‑based guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in creating meal plans using specialized software.
- Contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.
