Job SummaryLittle Acorn ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement behavioral plans
:
Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.Conduct assessments and evaluations
:
Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress.Maintain accurate records and reports
:
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.Participate in staff training and professional development
:
Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
:
Completed coursework in ABA, as well as demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
:
Must hold current BCBA certification, with eligibility for Ohio licensure.Minimum 1 years of experience in ABA

Proven experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Competitive salary
