Independently Licensed Therapist – Independent Contractor

Fairlawn, OH (Hybrid or 100% Telehealth within Ohio)

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Compensation:
Fee-for-service split (Negotiable based on caseload & experience)

• Complete Autonomy & Flexibility:
  Set your own hours, choose your client population, and practice on your terms.
• Administrative Relief:
  We handle billing, fee collections, EHR software (Simple Practice), and practice marketing.
• You Own Your Practice:
  Unlike many group practices, you retain ownership of your client relationships and clinical records. You won’t be asked to sign a non-compete!
• Flexible Practice Model:
  Work 100% virtually across Ohio or utilize our cozy, professional office suite located right near the Summit Mall in Fairlawn.
• Competitive, Tiered Compensation:
  Higher splits available for established caseloads and full-time volume.

• Provide high-quality diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within Simple Practice EHR.
• Maintain active Ohio independent licensure and personal professional liability insurance.
• Uphold HIPAA, insurance, and ethical standards

• Active, unrestricted independent license in Ohio: LISW, LPCC, or LIMFT (Required).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• An established client caseload or ability to transition existing clients is a strong plus.
• Strong clinical grounding in trauma-informed or evidence-based treatment modalities.
