Weekend + Weekday Coverage | PRN | SNF/LTC | In-House Rehab
Phoenix of Fairlawn is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!
We have an immediate need for a COTA who can provide weekend support as needed. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking to add consistent PRN hours while working with an experienced rehab team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Work with our SNF/LTC residents to improve independence, function, and quality of life
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and document resident progress
- Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
- Provide reliable weekend coverage for the rehab department
- PRN
- Weekend and Weekday coverage opportunities available
- Potential for additional PRN hours based on facility needs and availability
- Current Ohio COTA license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
- Familiarity with Net Health is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and comfortable working independently when needed
- New graduates with an interest in SNF/LTC are welcome to apply
This is an in-house rehabilitation opportunity
