Staff Nurse - Infusion Center

Summary

The Staff Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care based on principles from biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient-centered care, while demonstrating the knowledge and skills to meet the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs of patients of all ages. They perform leadership, quality improvement, safety duties, and support staff education and mentorship. The role involves promoting collaboration within a team to deliver efficient, high-quality care with a focus on pediatric patients, utilizing evidence-based practices, informatics, and technology.

Additional duties may include temporary assignments across the organization based on patient needs.

• BSN required or to be obtained within 5 years;
  Ohio RN license; BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EPIC preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities are essential.
