As a valued member of our team, the STNA (State Tested Nurse Assistant) will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our seniors. As an STNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff will be key to your success in this role.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with mobility and transferring, including using mechanical lifts and other equipment as needed
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and facility administration
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings

• Current STNA certification in the State of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move residents as necessary, with assistance as needed
