Caregiver Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath in Akron, OH. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, fostering a positive and respectful environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Provide individualized care to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, maintaining dietary and nutrition requirements
• Encourage socialization and engagement through activities, games, and outings
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Document resident care and progress, communicating with healthcare professionals and families as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans

• High School diploma or equivalent required; certification or degree in healthcare preferred
• 1 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient and compassionate approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
