The Opportunity:

At Ensemble Health Partners, we are redefining the healthcare revenue cycle through innovation, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to our clients. The Compliance Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, industry standards, client requirements, and internal policies.

The Director will develop, implement, and monitor compliance initiatives that support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements across healthcare revenue cycle operations. This leader also serves as a trusted partner to client compliance partners, operational and executive leadership, promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement while mitigating organizational risk.

Essential Job Functions

Regulatory Compliance & Policy Management Monitor, review, and maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable compliance and regulatory updates, government and payer coding audits, investigations, and settlements and provide direction and guidance to organizational leaders. Acts as an expert revenue cycle regulatory for internal stakeholders regarding state and federal regulations that may affect Ensemble Health Partners and provides guidance when requested. Monitors and interprets new and revised fraud, waste, and abuse laws and regulations and current industry guidelines that may impact healthcare revenue cycle services domestically and assess the impact to Revenue Cycle services and advise leadership on required program changes.

Analyze, research, and respond to questions relating to the compliance program and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, translating regulatory changes into program updates. Develop and maintain policies and procedures regarding the Ensemble Compliance Program and associated regulatory risk areas, ensuring periodic review, version control, approval, and distribution. Develop training modules and perform training based on regulatory risk areas, regulatory updates, guidance, enforcement activity and audits.

Client Integrations Lead compliance onboarding and integration activities for new and transitioning clients, aligning the Ensemble Compliance Program with client-specific policies, requirements, and go-live timelines. Partner with implementation, operations, and client teams to ensure compliance requirements are embedded during client integration and that program standards are operational at go-live.
