Crestline Hotels & Resorts in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a Front Desk Night Clerk to serve as an ambassador for the hotel and manage all overnight guest interactions. Responsibilities include check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest complaints, and performing nightly accounting duties.
The ideal candidate must be a High School Graduate or possess a GED, have experience in a hotel setting, and be able to work the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. Strong customer service skills and basic computer skills are required.
