Concierge

We are a luxury hotel located in Akron seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Concierge Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check‑in process.
• Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Make reservations for guests for dining, transportation, and other activities.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and policies to effectively assist guests.
• Handle cash transactions for services provided by the hotel.

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, or another foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with local area attractions and restaurants.

This position is suitable for Egyptian or foreign nationals who have the right to work in the United States. Accommodation will not be provided.
