Our well-established hotel in Akron is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. We are looking for an experienced and efficient individual with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and other necessary items.
• Create schedules for housekeeping staff and assign tasks accordingly.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Maintain budget by controlling expenses such as labor costs and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and different shifts as needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with benefits including accommodation.
